Since 1984 we produce a complete range of non-absorbable surgical sutures. More than 400 million meters of polyamide, polypropylene, polyester, silk, and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) sutures are annually exported to over 40 countries. Within the MZF4 20.000m² technological condo a brand-new 5000m² facility started its operations in 2019 to produce 600 million meters of surgical sutures / year, to design and assemble customized implantable textile medical devices for sports medicine market. Production capacity, high technical knowledge, robust regulatory system and a huge ready to stock material place MZF4 Medical among the few qualified players supplying the market on a global scale.
